Requirements
🎓 Degree or equivalent experience in education, HR, training, consulting, or related field
💼 Experience in learning & development, workforce development, talent management, or training operations
🧠 Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
📊 Ability to manage programs, metrics, and strategic planning activities
🤝 Experience working with educational or workforce development initiatives is an advantage
