A leading driving academy in Qatar is seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicles Training Supervisor to oversee heavy vehicle driver training operations, manage instructor performance, and ensure high training standards, safety, and trainee success rates.
✅ Supervise and support heavy vehicle driving instructors✅ Monitor training quality, trainee progress, and instructor performance✅ Conduct coaching, assessments, and performance reviews✅ Track KPIs, pass rates, attendance, and operational metrics✅ Develop improvement plans to enhance training outcomes✅ Manage instructor schedules and training programs✅ Investigate training-related issues and implement corrective actions✅ Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and academy procedures✅ Maintain training records, reports, and performance dashboards
🎓 Diploma or relevant qualification in transportation, training, or related field preferred💼 Experience in heavy vehicle training, transportation, or driving school operations👨💼 At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience🛠️ Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle regulations, road safety, and training methodologies📊 Experience monitoring KPIs, coaching teams, and improving performance🚗 Valid Qatar Driving License (Heavy Vehicle category preferred)🌍 English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage
