Key Responsibilities
✅ Evaluate credit card applications, financial records, and credit histories to determine creditworthiness
✅ Verify customer information and ensure applications meet approval requirements
✅ Process approvals, declines, and credit limit adjustments in line with company policies
✅ Support risk management initiatives and maintain compliance with banking regulations
✅ Communicate with customers to verify application details and resolve account-related inquiries
✅ Maintain accurate records of credit decisions, account changes, and supporting documentation
✅ Prepare reports on application volumes, approval rates, portfolio performance, and risk trends
✅ Assist with internal and external audits by ensuring complete and accurate documentation
Requirements
🎓 Degree or equivalent qualification
