Job Description/Specification:


A leading FMCG distribution company in Qatar is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead large-scale sales operations, drive business growth, and oversee multi-channel distribution across the country.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets
✅ Lead and manage a sales organization of 400+ employees, including managers, supervisors, sales teams, and merchandisers
✅ Oversee distribution and sales performance across 150+ FMCG brands and 2,000+ products
✅ Expand and strengthen relationships with customers across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Wholesale, and HORECA channels
✅ Manage sales budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and performance reporting
✅ Drive market expansion, product penetration, and route-to-market initiatives
✅ Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, finance, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives
✅ Mentor and develop high-performing sales leadership teams

Requirements

🎓 Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred)
💼 FMCG sales experience, including in a senior leadership role
🛠️ Strong expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and multi-channel distribution
🌍 Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
📊 Proven success managing large teams and delivering sustainable sales growth
