Job Description/Specification:
We are hiring an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site execution of a major industrial construction project in Qatar. The role involves full responsibility for site operations, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery within strict safety, quality, and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and supervise all construction and installation activities on site
✅ Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and multidisciplinary work groups
✅ Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with schedules and targets
✅ Conduct daily and weekly coordination meetings with stakeholders
✅ Ensure strict compliance with HSE and quality standards
✅ Prepare progress reports and support project close-out activities
✅ Act as main site interface between client, engineering, and contractors
Requirements
🎓 Degree or equivalent technical qualification
💼 Experience in international industrial construction projects
🛠️ Strong background in site management, subcontractor supervision, and mechanical works
🌍 Fluent English required; experience in multicultural environments essential
A strong leadership mindset, hands-on site experience, and ability to manage complex industrial projects are essential.
