Job Description/Specification:
We are hiring an experienced contracts professional to lead commercial and contracting activities for a large-scale onshore EPC project. The role focuses on managing high-value agreements, reducing project risks, and ensuring smooth contract execution across all phases.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead end-to-end contracting activities including tendering and EPC agreements
✅ Develop contract strategies aligned with project goals and business priorities
✅ Manage contract negotiation, award, execution, and close-out processes
✅ Handle variations, claims, disputes, and commercial discussions with contractors
✅ Ensure compliance with contract terms, payments, and performance obligations
✅ Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks across the project
✅ Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and project teams
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Engineering, Law, Business, or related field
💼 Experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects
🛠️ Strong expertise in contract management, tendering, and risk control
🌍 Leadership experience in major project environments required
