Job Description/Specification:
An established technology solutions company is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant – Pre-Sales to lead technical solution design, support strategic sales initiatives, and manage a high-performing pre-sales team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure solutions and customer-facing technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and mentor the Pre-Sales Consulting team across multiple projects and opportunities
✅ Design and present enterprise IT solutions aligned with customer requirements
✅ Support sales teams throughout the full sales cycle, from qualification to deal closure
✅ Manage technical proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and Proof of Concept (POC) activities
✅ Conduct executive-level customer presentations and technical discussions
✅ Develop account strategies and identify new business opportunities
✅ Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders
✅ Track team performance, KPIs, and sales support effectiveness
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
💼 Experience, including team leadership responsibilities
🛠️ Strong expertise in Dell Technologies solutions, including Storage, Backup, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure
📊 Experience with enterprise IT solution architecture, bid management, and CRM systems
🌍 Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
