Job Description/Specification:
A luxury 5-star hotel in Doha is seeking a professional Spa Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service and support the daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities. This role is ideal for customer-focused individuals with hospitality or wellness experience.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage spa reception, appointment bookings, and guest inquiries
✅ Assist guests across spa, wellness, fitness, salon, and relaxation facilities
✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa areas, changing rooms, and lounges
✅ Support therapists with treatment room preparation and setup
✅ Ensure lockers are stocked and spa amenities are replenished
✅ Promote spa services, treatments, and retail products
✅ Perform opening and closing duties while maintaining service standards
Requirements
🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent (Hotel School qualification preferred)
💼 Experience in hospitality, wellness, or customer service
🏨 Previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment is an advantage
🛠️ Good computer skills and appointment scheduling experience
🌍 Middle East hospitality experience is a plus
🗣️ Strong communication, telephone etiquette, and customer service skills
