Job Description/Specification:
A luxury 5-star hotel in Doha is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily front office operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and provide leadership across hotel departments. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong operational and guest relations expertise.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee daily hotel operations and maintain a visible management presence
✅ Handle guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery professionally
✅ Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations
✅ Lead operational briefings and support emergency response procedures
✅ Monitor service standards and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
✅ Prepare shift handovers and follow up on operational issues
✅ Support front office teams and drive continuous service improvement
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
💼 Experience in a 5-star hotel environment
🏨 Experience as a Duty Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role
🛠️ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and crisis management skills
🌍 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
