Job Description/Specification:
An expanding restaurant group in Doha is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multi-unit restaurant operations, drive profitability, and execute business growth strategies. This role carries full operational and P&L responsibility while working closely with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee daily operations and full P&L management across restaurant outlets
✅ Lead, coach, and develop restaurant management teams
✅ Drive sales growth, profitability, productivity, and cost control initiatives
✅ Ensure exceptional customer experience and consistent service standards
✅ Implement SOPs, operational best practices, and performance improvements
✅ Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches
✅ Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
💼 Proven experience as an Operations Manager within the restaurant or F&B industry
📊 Strong experience managing full business P&L and financial performance
🛠️ Expertise in SOP development, operational excellence, and team leadership
