A leading workforce solutions company is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll administration, contractor payments, invoicing support, and payroll compliance. This role is initially offered as a 6-month contract with the potential for extension or permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Process payroll transactions, timesheets, expense claims, and contractor payments
✅ Maintain employee records, contract updates, and payroll documentation
✅ Resolve payroll and invoice-related queries from contractors and clients
✅ Support billing, finance, and credit control teams with payroll data and reporting
✅ Ensure payroll compliance, tax reporting, and accurate financial records
✅ Prepare payroll reports, payslips, invoices, and payment summaries
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
💼 Experience in payroll, finance, accounts, billing, credit control, or administration preferred
🛠️ Strong MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills
