Job Description/Specification:
A luxury hospitality brand in Doha is seeking an experienced Demi Chef de Partie to support kitchen operations, maintain food quality, and ensure smooth daily culinary production in line with high hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
✅ Manage food preparation, portioning, and presentation consistency
✅ Monitor food quality, stock levels, and kitchen hygiene standards
✅ Operate and regulate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, grills, fryers, etc.)
✅ Assist in maintaining food logs, inventory control, and daily production records
✅ Coordinate with service teams regarding menu updates and availability
✅ Support and guide junior kitchen staff during service operations
Requirements
🎓 Technical or Vocational Culinary qualification preferred
💼 Experience in kitchen or culinary operations
🛠️ Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen procedures
👥 Ability to support and mentor junior staff in a busy kitchen environment
🌍 Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality setting
