Job Description/Specification:
A luxury hotel in Doha is seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to support kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and assist in supervising junior kitchen staff while maintaining high culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
✅ Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and food garnish consistency
✅ Monitor food quality, stock levels, and kitchen production efficiency
✅ Regulate cooking equipment temperatures and follow food safety procedures
✅ Assist in menu specials, daily preparation, and food inventory control
✅ Communicate with service teams regarding menu availability and specials
✅ Support and guide junior kitchen staff during busy operations
Requirements
🎓 Technical or Vocational Culinary Certification preferred
💼 Experience in kitchen or culinary operations
🛠️ Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen management practices
👥 Ability to assist in training and supporting team members
🌍 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure hospitality environment
