A luxury hospitality brand in Doha is looking for a Commis Chef to support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients and assisting in food production while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare ingredients including chopping, weighing, mixing, and portioning
✅ Wash, peel, and store fresh fruits and vegetables
✅ Cook food following recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
✅ Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and microwaves
✅ Monitor food quality, cooking temperatures, and hygiene standards
✅ Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, tools, and work areas
✅ Follow food safety and company procedures at all times
Requirements
🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent
💼 Minimum 1 year experience in a kitchen or food production role
