A leading hospitality brand is seeking a Commis Chef to support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, assisting in cooking, and maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Prepare and portion ingredients including chopping, weighing, and mixing
✅ Wash, peel, and store fruits and vegetables safely
✅ Cook food following recipes, presentation, and quality standards
✅ Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and stoves
✅ Monitor food quality, temperature, and cooking processes
✅ Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, tools, and equipment

Requirements

🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent
