Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise recreation and poolside operations and team members
✅ Ensure guest safety by monitoring activities and enforcing facility rules
✅ Respond to incidents and provide first aid or emergency assistance when needed
✅ Maintain a fun, engaging, and welcoming environment for guests
✅ Oversee cleanliness and upkeep of pool, deck, and recreation areas
✅ Coordinate daily operations and report issues to management
Requirements
🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent
💼 Experience in recreation, hospitality, or leisure operations preferred
🛠️ Valid CPR and First Aid certifications required
👥 Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
