A leading hospitality company is seeking a customer-focused Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service, manage reservations, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and key issuance
✅ Manage reservations, cancellations, room changes, and billing adjustments
✅ Coordinate group arrivals and pre-registration activities
✅ Respond to guest inquiries and resolve requests promptly
✅ Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
✅ Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements

🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent
💼 Previous customer service, front office, or hospitality experience is preferred
