A leading organization in Qatar is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation and strategic initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery expertise within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities

✅ Establish and enforce project management standards, tools, and methodologies
✅ Define project objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics
✅ Monitor project risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
✅ Drive process improvements and align projects with business goals
✅ Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to leadership
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
💼 Project management experience, including large-scale banking projects
🛠️ Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
🌍 Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
