Job Description/Specification:
A leading telecom operator in Qatar is hiring an experienced AI/ML professional to drive advanced analytics, GenAI solutions, and data-driven decisioning across large-scale business operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Build and deploy AI/ML models for telecom use cases (churn, CLV, segmentation, pricing, forecasting)
✅ Develop GenAI solutions including chatbots, agent-assist tools, and RAG-based systems
✅ Enable hyper-personalization and real-time recommendation engines (Next Best Offer/Action)
✅ Support marketing, CVM, digital sales, and customer care optimization through data science
✅ Manage end-to-end ML lifecycle: design, training, deployment, monitoring, and governance
✅ Ensure Responsible AI practices including privacy, fairness, and model explainability
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
💼 Experience in AI/ML, data science, or advanced analytics
🛠️ Strong skills in Python, R, SQL/PLSQL, Dataiku, and enterprise data platforms (Oracle, Teradata, BigQuery)
🤖 Experience in GenAI/LLMs, prompt engineering, and Azure AI or Gemini tools
📊 Strong background in telecom analytics, predictive modeling, and MLOps practices
