Job Description/Specification:
A leading airline is seeking an experienced Regional Sales & Distribution Manager to drive commercial performance across business and leisure sales channels. The role focuses on developing regional sales strategies, optimizing distribution partnerships, and growing revenue through corporate, travel trade, MICE, and digital sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and execute regional sales and distribution strategies to achieve commercial targets
✅ Drive growth across corporate, leisure, travel management, MICE, OTA, and trade sales channels
✅ Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to identify opportunities
✅ Collaborate with regional and global teams to improve channel profitability and return on investment
✅ Support the development of digital sales solutions and distribution initiatives
✅ Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and commercial teams
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field
💼 Experience in sales, commercial strategy, distribution, or airline/travel industry management
🛠️ Strong expertise in strategic planning, sales performance management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement
🌍 Excellent English communication skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Candidates with experience in airline sales, travel distribution, MICE, or regional commercial management will be highly preferred.
