A leading global logistics company is seeking a Transportation Specialist to manage customer shipments, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure seamless transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, logistics, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage shipment status updates and proactively communicate with customers
✅ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and shipment tracking requests
✅ Coordinate with operations, sales, pricing, and overseas offices to ensure smooth shipment execution
✅ Monitor shipments from quotation through delivery and billing
✅ Build strong customer relationships and support account growth through cross-selling opportunities
✅ Escalate operational issues and drive timely resolution to meet customer expectations
Requirements
🎓 Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred
💼 Experience in freight forwarding, transportation, logistics, or customer service within the supply chain industry
🛠️ Knowledge of logistics operations, freight forwarding processes, customer service systems, and shipment tracking
🌍 Strong English communication skills with excellent organizational, analytical, and customer relationship management abilities
