A growing organization is seeking a professional and highly organized Executive Secretary to provide administrative and executive support to senior management. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
✅ Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes
✅ Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism and confidentiality
✅ Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables
✅ Support the planning of meetings, conferences, and corporate events
✅ Maintain records, documentation, and administrative processes efficiently
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
💼 Experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management
🛠️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools
🌍 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and confidentiality management skills are essential.
