Job Description/Specification:
A leading fine dining restaurant group in Qatar is looking for an experienced Director of Operations to oversee multiple restaurant locations and a central production kitchen. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, profitability, service quality, and business growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee daily operations across all restaurant outlets and central kitchen facilities
✅ Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability through effective systems and processes
✅ Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve business targets
✅ Manage food cost, labor cost, inventory control, and waste reduction initiatives
✅ Lead restaurant managers and operational teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
✅ Support new restaurant openings, expansion projects, and operational scaling
✅ Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company standards, and local legislation
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
💼 Restaurant operations experience, including multi-unit management within the GCC
🛠️ Strong expertise in fine dining operations, cost control, inventory management, SOP development, and team leadership
🌍 Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
