Job Description/Specification:
A leading luxury hospitality organization in Doha is seeking a highly organized Culinary Coordinator to support daily culinary operations through effective administration, communication, and coordination. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or culinary administration.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate departmental schedules, meetings, training sessions, and communications
✅ Maintain reports, records, inventories, and operational documentation
✅ Support purchasing, invoice processing, supplier coordination, and inventory administration
✅ Assist with onboarding, training records, and compliance documentation
✅ Coordinate culinary projects, events, and operational initiatives
✅ Ensure smooth communication between the culinary team and other departments
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
💼 Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role within hospitality, food & beverage, or culinary operations
🛠️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with procurement, inventory, or hotel management systems is an advantage
🌍 Strong English communication skills with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Candidates with knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality operations will be preferred.
