A leading FMCG company is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to drive sales growth, optimize product distribution, and lead a team of sales representatives within a designated territory. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring effective route-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise and support sales representatives to achieve sales and distribution targets
✅ Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards across assigned outlets
✅ Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize market coverage
✅ Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to improve productivity and results
✅ Maintain strong relationships with customers and key retail accounts
✅ Ensure compliance with company sales policies and operational procedures
✅ Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
Requirements
🎓 Diploma in any discipline
💼 Supervisory experience in van sales, preferably within the FMCG industry
🛠️ Strong knowledge of FMCG sales operations, distribution, and merchandising practices
📊 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
🌍 Excellent English communication skills; Arabic speaking ability is an advantage
🚗 Valid driving license required
🤝 Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and team management skills
