The role focuses on coordinating vessel port calls, managing financial administration, and ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective maritime operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate shipping agency activities and port call arrangements for LNG shipping operations
✅ Support bunker procurement processes and related commercial activities
✅ Manage financial administration, contract documentation, and operational reporting
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and industry regulations
✅ Monitor operational costs and support cost optimization initiatives
✅ Liaise with internal departments, shipping agents, suppliers, and external stakeholders
✅ Maintain accurate records, reports, and SAP data related to shipping operations
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
💼 Experience in shipping, logistics, maritime operations, contract administration, or related industries
🛠️ Strong knowledge of financial administration, contract management, and shipping operations
📊 Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, SAP, and data analysis
🌍 Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
🤝 Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
