Job Description/Specification:
A premium performance and wellness brand is seeking an experienced Retail Lead to oversee the launch and daily operations of its flagship retail and experiential center in Doha. This role combines retail leadership, team management, sales growth, and operational excellence to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead the successful launch and setup of the retail and experiential facility
✅ Manage daily store operations, staffing, scheduling, and performance
✅ Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing customer-focused team
✅ Drive sales of memberships, products, and premium customer experiences
✅ Maintain exceptional standards in merchandising, inventory, and store presentation
✅ Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and compliance requirements
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, branding, and customer engagement initiatives
Requirements
💼 Retail management experience, preferably within premium, luxury, or experiential retail environments
🛠️ Strong expertise in store operations, inventory management, sales performance, and team leadership
📊 Proven experience launching new retail locations or managing large-scale retail activations
🌍 Arabic language skills preferred; strong English communication skills required
👥 Excellent leadership, customer service, and stakeholder management abilities
📍 Must currently reside in Doha, Qatar
