✅ Deliver reporting solutions and assist in data analysis needs
✅ Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with data governance policies
✅ Support end-users and resolve system-related issues efficiently

Requirements
🎓 Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
💼 Experience in systems support or IT applications
🛠️ Strong knowledge of system troubleshooting, testing, and reporting tools
📊 Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
🌍 Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage
🤝 Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
