Job Description/Specification:
A leading aviation organization is seeking an experienced Manager – Catering Inventory & Logistics to oversee global catering inventory, supply chain operations, warehousing, and distribution strategies. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability of catering equipment, bonded items, and supplies while optimizing costs and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and manage inventory, warehousing, and distribution strategies across global operations
✅ Lead forecasting, stock planning, budgeting, and replenishment activities
✅ Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
✅ Manage supplier relationships, inventory levels, and equipment lifecycle planning
✅ Coordinate new product introductions and disposal of obsolete stock
✅ Analyze inventory performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
🎓 Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
💼 Experience in logistics, inventory management, supplier management, or supply chain operations
🛠️ Proficiency in forecasting, reporting, ERP systems, stock control, Excel, and Power BI
📊 Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
🌍 Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
