Job Description/Specification:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Adventure Park Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for guests. The successful candidate will oversee staff, monitor safety standards, and support smooth park operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise daily activities, attractions, and guest areas within the adventure park
✅ Lead and coordinate team schedules while maintaining service and safety standards
✅ Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities
✅ Manage guest inquiries, incidents, and emergency situations professionally
✅ Maintain operational records and coordinate with maintenance teams
✅ Support special events, group bookings, and park performance objectives
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Hospitality, Recreation Management, Sports Management, or a related field
💼 Supervisory experience in adventure parks, amusement parks, recreation facilities, or hospitality operations
🛠️ Strong leadership abilities, safety awareness, and operational management skills
🌍 Good communication and customer service skills; First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage
⏰ Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
