Job Description/Specification:
Join a dynamic recreation team and play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and enjoyable adventure park operations. This position is ideal for an experienced supervisor with strong leadership skills and a passion for guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee daily adventure park activities, attractions, and guest areas
✅ Lead and support operational staff while maintaining safety standards
✅ Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure compliance with procedures
✅ Handle guest concerns, incidents, and emergency situations effectively
✅ Maintain operational records, incident reports, and maintenance coordination
✅ Support special events, group activities, and overall park performance
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Hospitality, Recreation Management, Sports Management, or a related field preferred
💼 Supervisory experience in adventure parks, amusement parks, recreation facilities, or hospitality operations
🛠️ Strong knowledge of safety regulations, operational procedures, and team leadership
🌍 Excellent communication and customer service skills; First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage
⏰ Must be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
