Key Responsibilities

✅ Supervise staff to maintain excellent service and teamwork
✅ Oversee opening/closing tasks, cleanliness, and equipment readiness
✅ Monitor dining areas for service quality, safety, and guest satisfaction
✅ Manage inventory, stock levels, and storage organization (FIFO)
✅ Support hiring, training, scheduling, and team performance
✅ Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure positive experiences

Requirements


🛠️ Strong leadership, operations management, and problem-solving skills
