Job Description/Specification:


Join a leading hospitality team and be the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and clients. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

✅ Handle incoming and outgoing calls using a multi-line telephone system.

✅ Provide accurate information about hotel services, promotions, and facilities.

✅ Manage guest inquiries, appointments, and service requests.

✅ Relay messages promptly to relevant departments and team members.

✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient guest support and service delivery.

✅ Perform basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record management.

Requirements

🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

💼 Experience in hospitality, customer service, or communications.

🛠️ Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera are an advantage.

🌍 Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are beneficial.

🤝 Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
