Job Description/Specification:
Lead the engineering delivery of a major infrastructure development project within the oil and gas sector. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring technical excellence, engineering governance, and successful project execution across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and oversee all Infrastructure & Civil engineering activities for major project execution.
✅ Ensure engineering integrity, quality, safety, and compliance with corporate and industry standards.
✅ Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and provide strategic technical leadership.
✅ Drive project delivery within approved schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
✅ Review engineering designs, technical solutions, and project execution strategies.
✅ Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and business goals.
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Engineering from a recognized university. Higher qualifications and PMP certification are advantageous.
💼 Experience in Infrastructure & Civil projects within the Oil & Gas industry, including leading engineering teams and in a management role.
🛠️ Strong expertise in project management, engineering design, construction, supervision, and industry standards.
🌍 Excellent English communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
