Job Description/Specification:
An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced DCS Operator to support industrial plant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring process parameters, maintaining operational stability, and ensuring safe and efficient plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Monitor and control plant operations through the Distributed Control System (DCS).
✅ Track process parameters including temperature, pressure, flow, and level.
✅ Respond to alarms and abnormal operating conditions promptly.
✅ Coordinate with field operators and maintenance teams.
✅ Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate operational records.
✅ Support plant start-ups, shutdowns, and emergency operations.
✅ Follow safety procedures, operational standards, and company policies.
Requirements
🎓 Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
💼 Experience operating DCS systems within industrial or process plant environments.
🛠️ Knowledge of process control, instrumentation, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams.
🌍 Good communication and problem-solving skills.
⏰ Willingness to work rotating shifts and join immediately.
📄 Valid Qatar ID with a minimum of 6 months validity required.
