Join a luxury hospitality team in Doha and play a key role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences, smooth daily operations, and high service standards across food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service.
✅ Coordinate team activities, staff scheduling, and shift operations.
✅ Monitor dining areas, seating availability, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
✅ Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and supply requests.
✅ Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of team members.
✅ Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
✅ Complete opening and closing procedures while maintaining operational standards.
Requirements
💼 Food & beverage or hospitality experience, including in a supervisory role.
🛠️ Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, team leadership, and customer service standards.
🌍 Strong English communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
