Job Description/Specification:
Join a leading industrial operation and play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of materials, spare parts, and equipment used for plant maintenance and operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Inspect incoming mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation materials, spare parts, and consumables for compliance with specifications and standards.
✅ Review supplier documents, including material certificates, calibration records, and test reports.
✅ Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials and support corrective actions.
✅ Maintain accurate inspection records and update quality documentation systems.
✅ Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure timely material acceptance and availability.
✅ Support warehouse activities including stock verification, material handling, and storage compliance.
Requirements
🎓 Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering.
💼 Quality inspection experience in manufacturing, metals, aluminium, oil & gas, steel, or similar industrial environments.
🛠️ Strong knowledge of quality inspection standards such as ISO, BS, DIN, and BIS. Experience with SAP (MM/QI modules) is preferred.
🌍 Good communication skills in English with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
