Job Description/Specification:
Lead and grow a luxury wellness and spa destination by overseeing operations, membership programs, revenue performance, guest experience, and team leadership. This role is ideal for an experienced wellness professional with strong commercial and operational expertise in luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and execute wellness, spa, and membership growth strategies
✅ Manage budgets, revenue targets, profitability, and operational performance
✅ Design wellness programs, retreats, spa packages, and guest experiences
✅ Build partnerships and collaborations to expand wellness offerings
✅ Lead, train, and develop spa and wellness teams
✅ Oversee marketing initiatives, member engagement, and service quality standards
✅ Ensure compliance with operational, financial, safety, and information security policies
✅ Monitor guest satisfaction and implement continuous service improvements
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Hospitality, Business, Wellness Management, or a related field
💼 Extensive leadership experience in luxury spa, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle operations
🛠️ Strong knowledge of wellness programming, spa operations, budgeting, revenue management, membership programs, and team leadership
🌍 Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
