Job Description/Specification:
Join a mission-critical defense support program in Qatar, providing contract, logistics, and engineering program management support. This role involves coordinating construction and basing projects, monitoring key performance metrics, and supporting senior military leadership with planning, reporting, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Support the planning, execution, and oversight of construction and service contracts
✅ Coordinate engineering, infrastructure, and basing activities across multiple projects
✅ Develop and track project metrics, reports, SOPs, and leadership briefings
✅ Assist with site turnover, contract management, and program implementation
✅ Support senior leadership meetings and operational planning activities
✅ Respond effectively to changing priorities and mission requirements
Requirements
💼 Former U.S. Army, Air Force, or Marine Corps Officer (O3+) or Warrant Officer (CW3+) in a logistics-related field
🛠️ Strong knowledge of DoD construction, engineering, and service contract processes
🛠️ Ability to manage resources, priorities, and time-sensitive operations
🌍 Must hold an active Secret Security Clearance
🚗 Ability to operate a vehicle during official travel
Preferred
✅ Experience supporting U.S. Military Special Operations missions
✅ Background in engineering, basing, or infrastructure programs within deployed environments
