Job Description/Specification:
Join a leading data center infrastructure company as a Planning Manager, responsible for developing and controlling project schedules, resource planning, cost tracking, and performance reporting across large-scale construction and data center projects.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and maintain cost- and resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6
✅ Establish WBS structures, project baselines, activity sequencing, and schedule controls
✅ Monitor project progress, critical paths, float analysis, and forecasting activities
✅ Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and track project performance metrics
✅ Analyze schedule and cost variances and recommend corrective actions
✅ Prepare planning reports, S-curves, dashboards, resource plans, and look-ahead schedules
✅ Review contractor schedules and assess project risks, delays, and change impacts
Requirements
🛠️ Strong expertise in Primavera P6, cost-loaded scheduling, resource planning, and project controls
🛠️ Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data center projects
🛠️ Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), forecasting, and performance analysis
🌍 Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
✅ Primavera P6 Certification
✅ PMP or equivalent project management certification
✅ Experience in mission-critical or data center environments
