Key Responsibilities
- Break exclusive news on companies, investments, private markets, energy, and financial institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong industry sources to uncover market-moving stories.
- Conduct interviews with business leaders, investors, and policymakers.
- Deliver timely analysis that helps investors understand market developments and trends.
- Produce concise, accurate, and impactful content for Dow Jones Newswires’ global readership.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Dow Jones Newswires and The Wall Street Journal.
Requirements
- Strong news judgment and the ability to identify stories that matter to investors.
- Excellent English writing and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced newsroom.
- Strong research, interviewing, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern business and financial markets is preferred.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage but not required.
