Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to senior management, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Organize presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate communication between branch departments and Head Office to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage internal and external meetings, video conferences, and client engagements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support VIP visits by coordinating schedules, travel logistics, and administrative requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a secretarial, executive assistant, or personal assistant role, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
- Proficiency in preparing professional documents, presentations, and correspondence.
