Job Description/Specification:
A leading facilities and technical services provider is seeking an experienced Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Lead to oversee mission-critical control systems supporting utilities, infrastructure, and building automation operations in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead the operation, maintenance, and modernization of SCADA, PLC, BAS, and HVAC control systems
✅ Supervise and mentor ICS and controls technicians while managing daily work activities
✅ Troubleshoot complex system issues and oversee corrective maintenance actions
✅ Manage system upgrades, integrations, documentation, and asset inventories
✅ Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, safety, quality, and change management procedures
✅ Coordinate with engineering, operations, IT teams, contractors, and vendors
Requirements
🛠️ Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, SCADA platforms, PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and system troubleshooting
🔒 Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
🚗 Valid U.S. Driver’s License required; U.S. Passport preferred
🌍 Ability to work in demanding environments, including outdoor and mission-critical facilities
📊 Experience in critical infrastructure, military installations, industrial facilities, or secure operational environments is highly desirable.
