A leading airport hospitality and retail operation is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to oversee daily outlet operations, support service teams, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong leadership and operational skills.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise daily F&B operations and ensure smooth shift management
✅ Lead and motivate team members to achieve service and sales targets
✅ Manage staff scheduling, task allocation, and on-the-job training
✅ Monitor stock levels, product rotation, inventory records, and food wastage control
✅ Conduct cash spot checks and ensure compliance with operational procedures
✅ Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and customer service
✅ Support merchandising activities and ensure outlet presentation standards are met
