A leading business group in Doha is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to drive sales growth, optimize showroom performance, and lead retail sales operations across multiple channels. This role combines sales leadership, customer relationship management, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets across retail, VIP, corporate, and online channels
✅ Oversee daily showroom operations, customer service standards, and sales processes
✅ Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to maximize performance and productivity
✅ Manage VIP clients, corporate accounts, and customer retention initiatives
✅ Monitor sales pipelines, CRM activities, forecasting, and conversion rates
✅ Coordinate inventory availability, stock movement, and promotional campaigns
✅ Analyze sales data and prepare reports to support business decisions and growth strategies
Requirements
💼 Proven experience in sales operations, retail management, commercial operations, or sales leadership roles
🛠️ Strong knowledge of CRM systems, POS platforms, sales forecasting, and performance reporting
📊 Excellent analytical, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
🌍 Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
