Job Description/Specification:
A growing business group in Doha is seeking an experienced Production & Supply Chain Manager to oversee production planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships. The role is responsible for ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, cost control, and supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage production planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier coordination
✅ Ensure timely product sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery to support business operations
✅ Monitor stock levels, demand forecasts, and replenishment plans to prevent shortages and overstocking
✅ Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor performance, pricing, and delivery schedules
✅ Oversee warehouse operations, shipment coordination, and inventory accuracy
✅ Implement quality control standards and continuous process improvement initiatives
✅ Prepare reports on inventory, supplier performance, production status, and supply chain efficiency
Requirements
💼 Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, production, inventory, or operations management
🛠️ Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, logistics, forecasting, and supplier management
📊 Excellent analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and reporting skills
🌍 Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
🏭 Experience in retail, manufacturing, fashion, luxury goods, or trading businesses is an advantage.
