A prestigious luxury hospitality destination in Doha is seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead multiple dining venues, events, and beverage operations. This senior leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong operational, financial, and team management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, events, and banquet services
✅ Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service and quality standards
✅ Manage budgets, forecasting, revenue performance, and cost control initiatives
✅ Lead, develop, and mentor department managers and F&B teams
✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and operational standards
✅ Collaborate with culinary, sales, and hotel leadership teams to enhance business performance
Requirements
🎓 Degree or qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred
💼 Extensive leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations within luxury hotels or resorts
🛠️ Strong knowledge of restaurant management, events, budgeting, revenue management, and guest service excellence
📊 Proven experience managing large teams and multiple outlets
