A growing travel technology company is seeking an Account Lead to manage airline partnerships and drive the success of innovative fintech solutions. This role combines account management, product development, project delivery, and strategic growth within the aviation and travel sector.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Build and manage relationships with airline partners and key stakeholders
✅ Lead fintech product launches, implementations, and ongoing optimization initiatives
✅ Analyze product performance and customer insights to drive business growth
✅ Coordinate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver successful solutions
✅ Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and enhance customer experience
Requirements
💼 Experience in account management, fintech, travel technology, airline partnerships, or product management
🛠️ Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder engagement, and AI tool proficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
✈️ Knowledge of airline operations, ancillary revenue, or travel technology is an advantage
🌍 Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills
