A luxury hospitality destination in Doha is seeking an experienced Director of Banquet Operations to lead event and banquet services. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee daily banquet and event operations across multiple venues
✅ Coordinate with Events, Sales, Culinary, and F&B teams to ensure seamless execution
✅ Lead, develop, and motivate banquet staff to maintain high service standards
✅ Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
✅ Drive guest satisfaction and continuous service improvement
Requirements
🎓 Degree or qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
💼 Proven experience in a senior banquet or event operations leadership role within luxury hospitality
🛠️ Strong knowledge of banquet operations, event management, budgeting, and F&B service standards
👥 Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment
🌍 Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
