Job Description/Specification:
We are seeking a service-oriented In-Room Dining Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences directly to guest rooms and serviced apartments. This role focuses on personalized service, timely order delivery, product knowledge, and maintaining the highest hospitality standards in a luxury hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
🍽️ Present and explain food & beverage menu items clearly to guests
🛎️ Prepare trolleys and deliver in-room dining orders according to hotel standards
🧹 Ensure mise en place, cleanliness, and service readiness before and during shifts
📦 Maintain proper handling, storage, and setup of service equipment and utensils
💳 Process billing and cashiering tasks in line with hotel policies
🎁 Deliver guest amenities and ensure attractive food presentation
📚 Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for accurate guest communication
🔄 Support stock handling, including linen, beverages, and dry goods
📝 Complete assigned side duties and tasks from the In-Room Dining Manager
